All house plans, images, CAD files, and written content published on My Free House Plans remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio or its licensors.
Purchasing a plan grants you a single-use, non-transferable license to construct one project. Reproduction, resale, or distribution of plan files without written permission is prohibited.
House plans are provided “as-is” for informational and design inspiration purposes. Field conditions, local codes, soil reports, and engineering requirements may require modifications by licensed professionals.
My Free House Plans and its contributors are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of any plan, document, or consultation offered on this site.
